I am a little over 1,000+ chapters into the novel. There are lots of pretty girls - you can safely assume they will all fall for Tan Yun eventually, that does not mean he will accept them into his harem though, it's a pretty exclusive, high-end club after all. But the membership steadily grows.

I started reading the novel around 2nd week of August, but I took a few weeks break here and there so only up to chapter 1,108 right now.

Yes, the translation is not the best. I suffer through it. I can bear with bad translations, but sometimes certain novels are so horrifically badly translated that it just can't be done. Eternal Life if a good example. I think the 1st 62 or 72 chapters are readable...after that the MTL is so horrificly bad as to painfully unreadable. So I had to give up. Which is a real shame since I was really into that novel & donghua.

I also wanted to read eternal life(YONG SHENG) but gave up idnt remember why😶. I remember dase commented on yong sheng something about donhuwa killed a girl(that girl wearing red dress) that was still alive in the novel, Maybe thats why🤷.

afterwards i Found a interesting donhuwa "carp reborn" and wanted to read the novel. im at chapter 43 on that but losing interest to read because "Against the Sky Supreme" is better❤️

btw now im on ch502😁 and its getting more and more interesting. Now i know why murong shishi, the chief of danmei(the girl named tang)came to horong academy. Tan yun graduated and came to a higher class and started killing again😅.

I have been reading a manhua by Drake Scans calls "Plundering the Heavens" it is actually quite good! The mc is not op, he has to struggle for everything, especially since he is small and weak and only 10 or 11 years old...but he is smart and viscous. But they didn't make his intelligence into some kind of overpowered cheat code. He is no Detecting Conan or anything ridiculous like that! No, sometimes he tries a scheme and fails.
Sometimes he falls for someone else's scheme when he can usually smell other people's schemes a mile away. All in all I really like it, so I just started reading the novel. So far I have discovered that there have been a number of small changes from the novel to the manhua...but surprisingly every single one is for the better. Don't get me wrong, the novel is pretty good, but the manhua is actually even better.
